Basement & Garage

OK, this doesn't look like much, but if you like having a washer and dryer and tons of storage this is it.  There's even a great project area where I had a dark room.  This is not a possible living space however.

The garage is huge.  You could fit 2-3 cars end to end.  It's great for one car and lots of storage or a car you don't use much.

There is one bathroom.
